What if my order is damaged or defective

In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you provide a photo of the product and email contact@keyezer.ca and we will reply to you within 24 hours.

What payment options do I have with Keyezer?

Keyezer Inc. accepts secure payments via PayPal, and all major credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Amex, MasterCard.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed it is processed through the system automatically. Please send email to our customer service, contact@keyezer.ca, to confirm if it can be altered (no guarantees) otherwise, you may proceed with our return order process.

If I have a discount code how do I use it?

All promotional or coupon code must be entered in during the checkout process at time of purchase. The discount cannot be applied once the order has been processed.

Where does Keyezer ship to?

Keyezer ships worldwide.

Does Keyezer do custom orders?

Keyezer currently does not accommodate any custom orders.
