Shipping & Returns


Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. When the order has been shipped, customers will be updated with a tracking number (unless non-tracked shipping is chosen).

Once the courier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is delayed, lost or stolen. In the rare event that this occurs, you must contact the courier directly first. Please also note that we do not have any additional information about your tracking as we see the same information on our end as you do. Should you have any questions about the delivery status or whereabouts of your package, please contact the courier directly. 

Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient as they are not applied in the checkout total. These fees will be determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees after checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Keyezer is happy to offer full refunds for returned items as well as exchanges (shipping charges exempt).

*Please note that due to hygienic purposes, we do not accept any returns/exchanges on hats or masks.*

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Purchase a label (with tracking) through your preferred carrier. If you choose to not purchase tracking, you are accepting responsibility should the items be lost/damaged in transit.

Keyezer is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed back onto the original payment method.

Any returns initiated after 7 days of receival will be issued a store credit. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns. All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of wear
